Dr. Darlene Davis is a transformational leader, author, educator, and faith-driven voice committed to restoring identity, purpose, and power in the lives of others. With a rare ability to bridge strategy and spirituality, she equips individuals to overcome fear, break internal strongholds, and walk boldly in their God-given calling. 

With over two decades of leadership experience in higher education and student success, Dr. Davis has served in executive-level roles, where she has built systems, led large-scale initiatives, and helped thousands of students persist, succeed, and graduate. Her work is marked by measurable impact—improving retention, strengthening institutional strategy, and developing leaders across diverse populations, including active-duty military service members. But her greatest work extends beyond institutions—it is in the transformation of lives. 

As an author, Dr. Davis writes with raw honesty, spiritual depth, and a unique lens that offers a fresh perspective on biblical storytelling. Her work challenges traditional perspectives while remaining grounded in truth, inviting readers into deeper reflection and revelation.

Dr. Davis is the founder of D Squared Consulting and Gregora Collective Consulting, where she provides guidance in counseling, career development, and educational pathways—serving adults, veterans, and students navigating critical life transitions. She also serves as a Director with LGArise, extending her leadership into broader community and organizational impact. 

As a mother, Dr. Davis carries a deep conviction for generational healing and is passionate about restoring what was broken so future generations can walk in wholeness, identity, and purpose. At the core of her mission is a bold conviction: that believers are called not to live in fear, but in authority. Through her teaching, writing, and upcoming podcast, she challenges individuals to confront fear, renew their minds, and walk in the fullness of their spiritual identity.

Dr. Davis holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL), an MBA in Organizational Leadership, and a Master’s in Divinity with a concentration in advanced theological counseling. Whether in the classroom, the boardroom, or in ministry, her voice carries one consistent message—healing is possible, purpose is real, and you are not forgotten.
