Her work is marked by measurable impact—improving retention, strengthening institutional strategy, and developing leaders across diverse populations, including active-duty military service members. But her greatest work extends beyond institutions—it is in the transformation of lives.
As an author, Dr. Davis writes with raw honesty, spiritual depth, and a unique lens that offers a fresh perspective on biblical storytelling. Her work challenges traditional perspectives while remaining grounded in truth, inviting readers into deeper reflection and revelation.

As a mother, Dr. Davis carries a deep conviction for generational healing and is passionate about restoring what was broken so future generations can walk in wholeness, identity, and purpose. At the core of her mission is a bold conviction: that believers are called not to live in fear, but in authority. Through her teaching, writing, and upcoming podcast, she challenges individuals to confront fear, renew their minds, and walk in the fullness of their spiritual identity.
Dr. Davis holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL), an MBA in Organizational Leadership, and a Master’s in Divinity with a concentration in advanced theological counseling.
